Welcome to my website! I started Tai Chi Shan to share my journey as a practitioner. 

Since 2015, Tai Chi has given me the ability to restore myself and find a new purpose in life. I continue to discover something new in my ongoing practice. 

I hope you find a practice that feels right for yourself and one that you are passionate enough to devote the rest of your life to. Tai Chi is a gradual practice that takes time, patience and perseverance. So give yourself time, give your body time to relax, unwind and generate power for your qi to flow unobstructed.
